But issues such as land ownership and boundaries,  impact on house prices or loss of a view are not planning issues, 

It is also worth remembering that what we may view as an unacceptable increase in traffic will not be accepted unless there is evidence, such as accidents and deaths.

The reason this reusal is so important is that BGSPhave a 60 HGVs per day limit, but have been running 120-150 HGVs a day to try and landfill the site because if it isn't filled, it cannot carry the new BGGC road or sewer, and the proposal in the Local Plan cannot be achieved within the legal timeframe - it should therefore fail. Ubless TMBC fiddle the figures - again!
